今天是我们复活节假期前的最后一节课,我们系统地复习了本学期学习的重点内容,这其中包括“美丽的大自然”“动物园”“我的家”“玩具”等单元的内容。学生们对于“美丽的大自然”与“动物园”两个单元的词汇及句型掌握程度相对来说比较高,其他单元的内容则还需要通过复习来提升。尽管我们本学期已经把红色模块的内容学习过半,但是为了帮助学生们能够巩固学习过的内容,定期复习是有必要的。 我们在本学期的进度与学期初的教学计划一致,在夏季学期我们将开启红色模块后半部分的学习并在暑假前完成整个模块。从下学期开始我也将定期通过听写字词的方式来阶段性检查学生们的学习情况,以根据他们对知识的掌握来帮助他们补充需要额外学习的内容。虽然我们即将迎来复活节假期,但是希望大家也能够抽出时间来完成作业(注意笔顺以及汉字的读音与含义),并且复习我们以往所学的知识。祝大家都能度过一个愉快而充实的假期! Today was our last lesson before the Easter holiday, and we took the opportunity to systematically review the key content we’ve covered this term. This included units such as “The Beautiful Nature,” “The Zoo,” “My Home,” and “Toys.” Students have shown relatively strong understanding of the vocabulary and sentence structures from the “Beautiful Nature” and “Zoo” units, while the content from the other units still requires some revision to strengthen their grasp. Our progress this term has been in line with the original teaching plan set at the beginning of the academic year. In the summer term, we will move on to the second half of the red module and aim to complete it before the summer holiday. From next term onwards, I will also be regularly using spelling tests to monitor students’ progress at different stages. This will help identify any gaps in their understanding and allow for targeted support where needed. Although the Easter break is just around the corner, I hope everyone can still set aside some time to complete their homework(Pay attention to the strokes and the pronunciation and meaning of Chinese characters) and revise what we have learned. 今天我们开始了新单元“美丽的自然”的学习,学生们练习了重点词汇与重点句型的阅读,并学习了重点汉字的书写。 重点词汇:太阳、月亮、星星、白云、花、树、草、地球。 重点句型:……在哪里?/……在天上。/……不……?(e.g.月亮远不远?花美不美?)。 在教学过程中,学生们观看了视频《美丽的自然》,通过歌曲的方式记忆重点词汇与句型。本节课复习了汉字“日”“月”“上”“下”“木”“虫”的书写,这些重点汉字在学生们的粉书作业上也都有出现,希望大家在练习新汉字时注意以下几点: ①记忆正确的笔画; ②在写新汉字的同时记忆汉字的读音与释义; ③完成作业后根据粉书上的图片/英文来检验自己是否已经真正掌握了新汉字的发音与写法。 Today, we began our new unit The Beauty of Nature. The students practised reading the key vocabulary and sentence structures and learned how to write the target Chinese characters. Key vocabulary: sun(太阳), moon(月亮), stars(星星), white clouds(白云), flowers(花), trees(树), grass(草), Earth(地球). Key sentence patterns: Where is ...(……在哪里)? / ... is in the sky.(……在天上) / Is ... (adjective)(……不……)?(e.g. Is the moon far away(月亮远不远)? Are the flowers beautiful(花美不美)?) During the lesson, the students watched the video The Beauty of Nature, which helped them memorise the key vocabulary and sentence patterns through a song. In this lesson, we also reviewed the writing of the characters “日” (sun), “月” (moon), “上” (up), “下” (down), “木” (tree/wood), and “虫” (insect). These key characters also appear in the students’ pink workbook tasks. When practising the new characters, please pay attention to the following points: 1. Remember the correct stroke order. 2. Try to memorise the pronunciation and meaning while writing the characters. 3. After completing the exercises, use the pictures or English translations in the pink workbook to check whether you have truly mastered the pronunciation and writing of the new characters.

今天是APS春季学期最后一节中文课,我们复习并继续学习了“家”这一单元的内容。部分学生在课上完成了学案,另一部分学生则在老师的带领下对核心知识进行了巩固与练习。以下是本单元的重点词汇与重点句型。 重点词汇:房子、房间、电视、衣柜、床、沙发、卧室、客厅、洗手间、书房 重点句型:我的家里有…… 本节课的学案包括词汇与图片配对、阅读练习、学习部首“宝盖头”、写字练习与句型排序。最后两部分的内容相对较难,学生仅根据自身情况完成即可。在课程的最后,老师下发了本学期的奖状与进步记录,同学们可以保留并在未来的学习中进行参考。每个学生的进步情况都是根据本人的水平进行的评价,进步程度也是与自身的学习情况有关,所以不需要进行相互对比。总体而言,学生们在本学期展现出来的共性问题是对于汉字的笔画顺序欠缺注意,所以大家请在之后练习汉字时多多记忆笔画顺序,这是学习中文书写的很重要的一部。为帮助学生们更有效率的学习,苗苗汉语也推出了线上线下的免费试听课机会,如果大家希望孩子的中文水平能够有更好的提升,欢迎来试听报名我们的线上与线下课程。 Today was the final Chinese lesson of the APS spring term. We reviewed and continued learning the topic of “Home.” Some students completed the worksheet in class, while others, guided by the teacher, focused on consolidating and practising the core knowledge. Below are the key vocabulary and sentence structures from this unit. Key Vocabulary: house(房子), room(房间), television(电视), wardrobe(衣柜), bed(床), sofa(沙发), bedroom(卧室), living room(客厅), bathroom(卫生间), study(书房) Key Sentence Structure: There is ... in my home. (我的家里有……). The class worksheet included vocabulary and picture matching, reading exercises, learning the radical “宀” (roof), character writing practice, and sentence ordering. The last two sections were relatively more challenging, so students were encouraged to complete them according to their own abilities. At the end of the lesson, certificates and progress records for the term were handed out. Students are welcome to keep these as reference for their future learning. Each student’s progress was assessed in relation to their own level and learning journey, so there is no need to compare with others. In general, a common challenge observed this term was a lack of attention to stroke order when writing Chinese characters. Therefore, everyone is encouraged to pay extra attention to stroke order in future practice, as it is a very important part of learning Chinese writing. 今天我们完成了“动物园”单元的最后一节课的学习,并且结合了前一单元单元的重点词汇进行造句训练,已帮助学生们温故而知新。 重点词汇:狮子、熊、大象、老虎、狗、猫、老鼠、兔子、猴子、鱼 重点句型:动物园里有……。/……快跑。 本节课的学案涉及看图选词,句型练习,反犬旁部首辨认,重点汉字书写(动、物、狗、猫)以及句子排序。本单元的部分汉字有一定难度,不要求学生会写,但是请记住重点词汇的发音与中文释义,并能够将其灵活运用到句子当中。我们本周的作业依然是粉书上面的内容,按时完成的学生可以得到印章奖励。下一节课,我们将开始“自然”这一单元的学习,如果有同学们想要提前预习,可以使用我们的网站先接触一下该主题的核心词汇。 Today, we completed the final lesson of the "Zoo" unit. We also reviewed key vocabulary from the previous unit by practising sentence construction, helping students to consolidate their learning. Key vocabulary: lion(狮子), bear(熊), elephant(大象), tiger(老虎), dog(狗), cat(猫), mouse(老鼠), rabbit(兔子), monkey(猴子), fish(鱼) Key sentence structures: "There is/are ... in the zoo(动物园里有……)." / "... run fast(……快跑)." This lesson’s worksheet included picture-word matching, sentence structure practice, identifying the "dog" radical (反犬旁), focused character writing (动, 物, 狗, 猫), and sentence ordering. Some characters in this unit are relatively challenging, so students are not expected to write them yet. However, they should remember the pronunciation and meanings of the key vocabulary and be able to use them flexibly in sentences. This week’s homework continues to be the contents in the pink book. Students who complete it on time will receive a stamp reward. In our next lesson, we will begin the "Nature" unit. 今天我们完成了“玩具”单元的学习,部分学生完成了“玩具”单元的学案,部分学生在老师的指导下复习了重点词汇与句型。在复习后,我们今天还开始学习了新单元“家”的内容,并观看了相关主题的中文动画《我的家》。 新词汇:房子、房间、卧室、厨房、客厅、餐厅、洗手间 新句型:欢迎你来我家。/你的房子很美丽。 对于旧知识,学生们总体来说掌握了重点,但是有时候无法很好地将发音与汉字联系起来,所以在课上我为部分学生标注了一些词汇的拼音,大家课后如果希望能够更准确地复习课上内容,也欢迎使用我们网站上的拼音与发音指导。在课上没能及时完成粉书汉字练习的学生如果课后有余力请完成5个新汉字的练习。温故而知新,只有复习旧知识与学习新知识相结合我们的中文水平才能够稳步进步。😄 Today, we completed the Toys unit. Some students finished the Toys unit worksheet, while others reviewed key vocabulary and sentence structures under the teacher's guidance. After the review, we also began studying the new unit: Home, and watched a related Chinese animation, My Home. New vocabulary: house(房子), room(房间), bedroom(卧室), kitchen(厨房), living room(客厅), dining room(餐厅), bathroom(洗手间) New sentence pattern: "Welcome to my home.(欢迎你来我家。)" / "Your house is beautiful.(你的房子很美丽。)" Overall, students have grasped the key points of the previous unit well. However, some still find it difficult to associate pronunciation with Chinese characters. To support their learning, I provided pinyin annotations for certain words in class. If students wish to review today's lesson more accurately, they are welcome to use the pinyin and pronunciation guides available on our website. For those who were unable to complete the character-writing exercises in the Pink Book during class, please try to practise writing five new characters if you have time after school. 今天我们复习了“动物园”这一单元的第一课内容,并讲解了第二课的新词汇与新句型。 新词汇:牛、羊、马、鱼、鸟、猫、狗、鸡、鸭、鹅 新句型:这是什么动物?这是…… 在本节课的学案中,我们练习了图文匹配、部首上色、汉字笔画、句子排序等内容。除此以外,老师还指导学生在学案上为新词汇标上拼音,以便学生们此后使用学案对课上内容进行复习。本课的作业依然是粉书上由红笔标注并写上日期的部分,基本上大部分同学都能够按时完成作业,对于上节课新词的掌握程度也相对比较高,下节课将是“动物园”单元的最后一课,希望大家可以多使用我们的网站对过往的知识进行复习与梳理,在学习新课的同时也不忘记旧知识。 Today, we reviewed the content of the first lesson in the Zoo unit and introduced the new vocabulary and sentence structures from the second lesson. 今天我们进行了“玩具”单元的教学,并完成了上一单元的复习学案。 新词汇:火车、汽车、自行车、气球、皮球、积木 新句型:……来了 在课堂上我们还欣赏了中文儿歌《玩具国》,帮助学生们更直观地认读相关词汇。我们已经结束“衣服”这一单元的学习,老师也带领学生们完成了课上检测学案,其中内容包括:词汇认读、课文认读、图文连线、偏旁部首涂色、汉字笔画书写、句子排序等内容。最后两页的内容对于学生来说可能有一些难度,大家可以课后有时间多练习。为了帮助大家更好地掌握已经学习的内容,今天放学的时候我们也发了另一份检测学案给大家(内容与课上的不同),如果有时间的话可以让学生用来练习。 以下是两份学案的参考答案。 Today, we conducted the "Toys" unit lesson and completed the review worksheet for the previous unit. New vocabulary: train, car, bicycle, balloon, rubber ball, building blocks. New sentence pattern: … is coming. In class, we also enjoyed the Chinese children's song "Toy Kingdom," which helped the students better recognise the relevant vocabulary. We have finished the "Clothes" unit, and the teacher led the students through a class assessment worksheet, which included tasks such as vocabulary recognition, text reading, picture-word matching, colouring radicals, character stroke writing, and sentence sorting. The last two pages of the worksheet might be a bit challenging for the students, so it would be helpful for them to practise more after class. To assist everyone in better mastering the content they have learned, we also distributed a different assessment worksheet (with content different from the one used in class) after school. 今天在带领学生们复习了“家”这一单元的词汇与句型后,我们开始了新单元“动物园”的学习。 新词汇:老虎、狮子、猴子、大象、兔子、熊猫、河马、老鼠 新句型:你喜欢什么?我喜欢…… 关于动物的词汇,有一部分此前在我们介绍十二生肖的时候有所提及,这次则是系统性地学习“动物园”这一单元。新课的知识最重要的是需要通过反复练习来记忆,所以下节课我会通过完成学案的方式帮助同学们在学习新词汇的同时巩固旧知识。希望大家如果在课余有空闲的时间,也可以多帮助学生练习新学习的词汇与句型。本节课的课后作业是pink book中红色铅笔打钩的部分,请提醒学生们在完成作业的时候根据树上标注的笔画顺序进行练习,并记忆汉字的发音与意义,而不只是单纯模仿示例。大部分学生都能够每周完成作业,这一点非常好。在完成后家长们如果有精力,也可以课后检查学生是否记住了汉字的释义与写法,帮助学生进行巩固。😄 Today, after reviewing the vocabulary and sentence structures from the "Home" unit with the students, we began learning the new unit: "My Zoo." New Vocabulary: tiger(老虎), lion(狮子), monkey(猴子), elephant(大象), rabbit(兔子), panda(熊猫), hippopotamus(河马), mouse(老鼠) New Sentence Structure: "What do you like?" – "I like..." (你喜欢什么?我喜欢……) Some of these animal-related words were previously introduced when we covered the Chinese zodiac, but this time, we are systematically learning the "Zoo" unit. The most important aspect of this new lesson is reinforcing knowledge through repeated practice. Therefore, in the next lesson, I will help students consolidate both the new and previously learned vocabulary by completing a structured learning worksheet. If possible, I encourage you to help students practise the newly learned vocabulary and sentence structures in their free time. The assigned homework for this lesson is the section marked with a red pencil tick in the Pink Book. Please remind students to follow the stroke order indicated on the tree while practising their writing. They should focus on remembering both the pronunciation and meaning of each character, rather than simply copying the examples. Most students are doing well in completing their weekly homework, which is excellent. If you have the time, you may also check whether students have memorised the meaning and writing of the characters after completing the homework, helping them to reinforce their learning.😄

Based on students' feedback, it appears that they have a good grasp of the vocabulary, but more practice is needed for the new sentence structures. New vocabulary: swimsuit(游泳衣), short sleeves(短袖), T-shirt(T恤), cotton-padded jacket(棉袄), shirt(衬衫), vest(背心). New sentence structures: I (don’t) wear...我(不)穿…… / I (don’t) put on...我(不)戴 After introducing the new content, the teacher ensured that all students were familiar with the new vocabulary and sentence structures, while also reinforcing the old vocabulary and sentence structures, by playing a relay game in class. Additionally, the teacher led the students in singing and dancing to the Chinese song "Little Flower," with active participation from the students. The "pink book" is our regular practice for writing Chinese characters, and the teacher reminds students to complete the relevant tasks during each lesson. Learning a language requires repeated practice and accumulation, so we hope that students will make use of the website we’ve designed for review after class. 今天我们复习了“家”的前两节内容,并学习了第三课的内容。我在这里将我们前三课学习过的重点词汇与句型总结出来,方便大家课后复习。 词汇:房子、房间、卧室、厨房、客厅、洗手间、书房、花园、电视、冰箱、衣柜、床、电话、书桌、电脑 句型:我的房子里有……/……里有……(例:卧室里有床、书房里有书桌) 本节课我们所使用的学案中包括词汇认读、重点句朗读、图文填空等,学生们还设计了自己的房子,并尝试用中文描述自己的房子中都有什么(这一环节对于学生而言相对比较难,需要后续多练习)。本节课我们学习的偏旁部首是“门”字旁。我们现在练习汉字已经开始按照计划使用pink book了,希望大家可以积极完成老师在上面布置的课后作业,并且有时间使用我们之前推荐过的网站进行练习与复习。此外,也希望学生在课后可以保留每一份学案,不仅方便后续复习,也是我们学习和进步的一份记录。加油! Today, we reviewed the first two lessons of "Home(家)" and learned the content of the third lesson. Here, I have summarised the key vocabulary and sentence structures from the first three lessons for your post-class review. In the study materials we used in this lesson, there were activities such as vocabulary recognition, key sentence reading, and picture-based fill-in-the-blank exercises. The students also designed their own houses and tried to describe what they have in their houses in Chinese (this part was relatively difficult for the students, and more practice will be needed in the future). The radical we learned in this lesson was "门" (the door radical). We have now started using the pink book according to our plan for practising Chinese characters. I hope everyone will actively complete the homework assigned in it, and also take the time to use the websites we recommended earlier for practice and review. New sentence pattern: "弟弟,快来穿……" (Little brother, come and put on…) During the class, students learned the new vocabulary and sentence patterns through a relay game and by watching and mimicking a song. Additionally, the teacher guided the students in practising the writing of new Chinese characters in the pink book and assigned relevant homework. As the theme of "clothes" involves a relatively large number of new words and sentence structures, it is important for students to practice repeatedly both before and after class. To reinforce our learning, we encourage students to use the specially designed website to review the content covered in class. This website is designed to assess and consolidate students' learning outcomes, and it allows us to view students' levels of mastery in the rankings. This will also help us design future lessons that better meet their needs.

今天我们复习了“家”的第一课并学习了第二课的内容。 复习词汇:房子、房间、客厅、卧室、厨房、洗手间 新学词汇:电视、冰箱、沙发、衣柜 新学句型:我的家里有…… 本节课我们完成了该单元的第一份学案,其中涉及词汇认读、文段朗读、部首学习与词汇排序。本节课我们开始使用粉色练习册学习书写其中的汉字,并布置了相应的内容给学生作为家庭作业(红色铅笔打钩的部分)。希望大家能够利用half term继续巩固练习汉语,加油! Today, we reviewed the first lesson of the "Home" unit and covered the second lesson.   Reviewed vocabulary:家house, 房间room, 客厅living room, 卧室bedroom, 厨房kitchen, 洗手间bathroom.   New vocabulary:电视television, 冰箱fridge, 沙发sofa, 衣柜wardrobe.   New sentence structure: 我的家里有……"There is ... in my home."     In this lesson, we completed the first learning worksheet for this unit, which included vocabulary recognition, text reading, radical study, and word sequencing. We also started using the red exercise book to practise writing the Chinese characters, and relevant sections (marked with a red pencil tick) were assigned as homework.     I encourage everyone to make good use of the half-term break to consolidate and practise your Chinese.
